What is kept and where

Your hands, your lesson progress, your career, your goals and your preferences are kept only in your browser (IndexedDB and local storage). We do not receive them and we do not keep them on any server.

You can export your hands, your lessons, your career and your goals to a file and import it in another browser, and delete your hands, your lessons, your career, your goals and your notes from Settings (your preferences, such as the language, are kept). To delete that too, clear the site data in your browser. If you clear the data of your browser, they are lost.

Anonymous usage statistics

The app can send anonymous events, such as opening the app, playing a hand or completing a lesson. The content of your hands, your name and your e-mail are not sent, and the measurement service uses no cookies.

As with any connection, the measurement provider receives the IP address of your device when it receives the events, and uses it to determine the country. Besides the events, it receives the address of the visited page without parameters or fragment, the title of the page, the site you came from, the language, the screen size, the browser, the operating system and the country. We use no cookies.

You can turn them off in Settings, under "Anonymous usage statistics". We also respect the "Do Not Track" option of your browser.

Third parties

The site is served from Cloudflare, which may process technical data of the connection (such as the IP address) to deliver the pages. Anonymous measurement is provided by an external provider when it is turned on, and it receives technical data about the device: browser, operating system, screen size and country, which it derives from the IP address.

If you think your data is being handled incorrectly, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Spain, the AEPD).

Your rights

We ourselves do not keep data that identifies you: your data stays in your browser. If you think we have some, write to contacto@checkraiseacademy.com and we will look into it.
